My father and I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer during St. Elizabeth's first adventure to Honduras. She always brought so much joy to all the children we worked with. I will always remember how her quiet spirit kept us alive during so many of the challenges we encountered. It saddens me to face another loss of the Olancho Aid family. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. She was always willing to help and learn new things, and was just a lovely young lady in every way! In particular, I remember when she returned from her semester in Italy. That first day back in the office, I was amazed to hear her stories about her amazing experience. Jennifer just lit up telling us about her new friends and all of their activies and studies. I called her Sabrina for returning a transformed young lady! Cherish those memories!

I cannot imagine her family's heartbreak that God needed such a wonderful, new Angel in Heaven. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God help your hearts to heal a little bit each day.

I knew Jennifer at Stonehill College. Although we weren't very close, she was always a sweet, kind girl. She was very bright in class and friendly whenever I passed her in the halls. Anything we say cannot take away the pain that you must be feeling at this time. You are living every parent's nightmare. What we can say is this-- we read about the work that Jennifer did with the CAP and you should be proud of her life and her spirit. She gave more to others in a few short years than most people give in a long lifetime. You can be proud of the job you did as parents and I'm sure she appreciated how you raised her.
